Feed Attractant:

DMPT is a natural “feeding stimulant” that mimics the chemical signals of aquatic organisms’ prey (e.g., plankton, small invertebrates). It enhances the palatability of feed, stimulates quick feed intake (reducing feed wastage and water pollution from uneaten feed), and is especially effective for juvenile aquatic organisms or species with low feeding enthusiasm (e.g., slow-growing fish, stressed shrimp).

Growth Promotion:

By improving feed intake and nutrient utilization, DMPT helps increase weight gain rate and reduce feed conversion ratio (FCR) — a key metric for farming efficiency.

Stress Resistance Enhancement:

It supports the maintenance of cell membrane stability in aquatic organisms, helping them cope with environmental stress (e.g., water temperature fluctuations, low dissolved oxygen, high stocking density).

From Flavomycin (5%)

Intestinal Pathogen Inhibition:

Flavomycin is a narrow-spectrum antibiotic (belonging to the phosphoglycolipid class) that specifically targets Gram-positive bacteria (e.g., Clostridium spp., some Staphylococcus spp.) and certain Gram-negative bacteria (e.g., pathogenic E. coli strains) in the aquatic intestinal tract. It inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, reducing the risk of intestinal diseases (e.g., enteritis, diarrhea) caused by pathogenic bacteria overgrowth.

Intestinal Microecological Balance:

By suppressing harmful bacteria, Flavomycin creates a favorable environment for beneficial intestinal microbes (e.g., lactobacilli, bacilli), maintaining a healthy intestinal flora structure and improving nutrient digestion/absorption.

Reduction of Subclinical Infections:

It helps control subclinical intestinal infections (which may not show obvious symptoms but impair growth), ensuring stable growth performance in aquaculture.

Administration:

This combination is only used as a feed additive (not for direct water application) — it must be uniformly mixed into aquatic feed to ensure ingestion by target organisms. The steps are as follows:

Pre-Mixing (Dilution):

Since the product is a high-concentration premix, first mix it with a small amount of feed ingredients (e.g., fish meal, soybean meal, or crushed feed) at a ratio of 1:10–1:20 (premix to carrier) to form a “pre-mix.” Stir thoroughly to avoid uneven distribution.

Full Mixing with Feed:

Add the pre-mix to the total batch of aquatic feed (pelleted, extruded, or powdered feed) and mix using a feed mixer for 5–10 minutes (or manually stir repeatedly for small batches) until the product is evenly dispersed in the feed.

Feed Immediately or Store Briefly:

Use the mixed feed within 24 hours to maintain the activity of Flavomycin and DMPT. If storage is necessary, keep it in a cool, dry, sealed container for no more than 3 days (avoid moisture, sunlight, or high temperatures).
