Coccidiosis trivalent vaccine for chicken, live

Tpye of strain: Strain E.tenella LSET, Strain E.acervulina LSEA, Strain E.maxima LSEM.

Scope of application: all kinds of short-day-age & fast-growing broilers or other chickens. The raising period of flock less than 45 days.

Packing specification:1000 Doses/bottle, 10 bottles/box

Coccidiosis quadrivalent vaccine for chicken, live

Tpye of strain: Strain E.tenella ETGZ, Strain E.necatrix ENHZ, Strain E.acervulina EAGZ, Strain E.maxima EMPY

Scope of application: all kinds of long-day-age yellow feather broilers, breeding chickens, laying chickens, etc. The raising period of flock over 45 days.

Packing specification: 1000 Doses/bottle, 10 bottles/box

Indications

It is indicated for active immunization of healthy chickens (broilers, layers, breeders) to prevent clinical or subclinical coccidiosis caused by common pathogenic Eimeria species, including but not limited to:

Eimeria acervulina (causes intestinal lesions, affects feed conversion)

Eimeria tenella (targets the cecum, causes bloody diarrhea and high mortality)

Eimeria maxima (damages the mid-intestine, reduces growth performance)

Other species (e.g., Eimeria necatrix, Eimeria brunetti) depending on the vaccine’s specific strain composition.

Advantages

Faster protection – Superior performance

Controlled dose stimulates early, mild, predictable immune response to six species of Eimeria parasites important in chicken production.

Early vaccination stimulates uniform immunity, which is not complicated by skip-a-day feeding programs.

Convenient and flexible administration methods are adapted to different management practices.

Ideal product to be used in parent stock and commercial pullets reared on cages or on the floor.

Can be used in rotation with anticoccidial products to restore sensitivity to coccidiostats.

Clinical Test Data

Clinical trials verify the vaccine’s safety, efficacy, and impact on chicken performance. Below are common endpoints and typical outcomes:

Test EndpointControl Group (Unvaccinated, Challenged)Vaccinated Group (Challenged)
Mortality Rate15–40%
 (severe cases with E. tenella)
≤5%
Intestinal Lesion Score*3–4
(severe lesions, bleeding/necrosis)
0–1 (mild or no lesions)
Feed Conversion Ratio**2.8–3.2
(poor feed efficiency)
2.2–2.5 (normal efficiency)
Body Weight GainReduced by 20–30%
vs. healthy controls
≥90% of healthy control levels

*Lesion Score: 0 = no lesions; 4 = most severe lesions (standardized scoring system for coccidiosis).

**Feed Conversion Ratio: kg of feed needed to gain 1 kg of body weight

Dosage and Administration

The standard dosage is 1 dose per chicken, with administration methods tailored to age (oral routes are most common to mimic natural infection):

Chicken AgeAdministration MethodDetails
1–3 days oldDrinking water
(preferred for large flocks)
Dilute vaccine in clean, non-chlorinated water; ensure all chicks drink within 2–4 hours.
1 day oldSpray
 (in hatcheries)
Fine mist sprayed directly onto chicks’ down; ensure uniform coverage.
1–7 days oldGel/paste
 (individual or small flocks)
Apply a drop of vaccine gel to the chick’s beak; ensure swallowing.
