Hormone drug; GnRHa can enhance anterior pituitary to release LH and FSH,with the same effect with LH and FSH.

Compound S-GnRHa (Salmon Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Analog) for Injection is a widely used hormonal agent in aquaculture, designed to regulate and enhance reproductive processes in teleost fish. Its core mechanism involves stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete gonadotropins (FSH, LH), which in turn trigger gonadal maturation, ovulation, and spermiation.

Indication：

It can be used to induce ovulation and excreting sperm.

Dosage and administration：

Intramuscular injection, with a dosage of 0.5ml/kg; carp:one injection, halve the dosage for male carp; catfish:injection by several times, with 1-2hours between each injection; trout:injection by several times, with 3 days between each injection.

Adverse reactions：

Excessive dosage may give rise to failure of spawning induction.
